1. General Information
------------------------------------------------------
The NuFACT04 workshop is the sixth annual workshop on neutrino factories and neutrino superbeams. This series of the NuFACT workshops has been devoted to discuss physics potential of neutrino factories and superbeams as well as designs and feasibility of their accelerator complex and various types of detectors. The workshop will also review and discuss the prospects for beta beams, reactor neutrino experiments, muon particle physics, muon colliders as well as cosmology. The NuFACT04 workshop will starts on Monday, the 26th of July, 2004, and ends on Sunday, the 1st of August, 2004.

------------------------------------------------------
2. Scientific Program
