ACCOMMODATION

Please reserve your hotel room by yourselves from the following web site.
We should note that it is scheduled the university entrance examination (the first examination common for all students, who are going to have the proceeding examination by each university) on Jan. 21st and 22nd in Japan. You could encounter a problem on making a hotel reservation, if you delay to contact the hotels. We strongly recommend you to book your room as soon as possible.
The shuttle bus will be available from URBAN and OKURA hotel to KEK in the conference period. See transportation for the shuttle bus schedule.
If you have KEK User ID, you can choose KEK dormitory. Send e-mail to KEK Users Office (users.office@post.kek.jp) including the following information:
  1. Name : Taro Tsukuba, Gender : male
  2. Affiliation and title : Professor of xxx Department of yyy University
  3. Contact address : E-mail address, fax number, phone number, etc.
  4. Purposeof visit : To attend ISS conference. (Coodinator: Prof. Koji Yoshimura)

  6. Itinerary of  Trip : January 10th-20th 2004, 11 days and 10 nights
  7. Travel allowance paid by KEK? : No. (KEK cannot pay for participants of ISS conference.)
  8. Expected Period of Stay: From the night of 10th of January to the morning of 20th of January. 11days and 10 nights
  9. Preferred Type of Room:
          First preference: single with bath and toilet
          Second Preference: Single
          Third Preference: Twin share
          Fourth Preference: Twin share (Name of the pairing)

Note: If many requests for dorm rooms by the other experimental group (they have priority), KEK could not supply dorm rooms for ISS meeting)

COMPUTING

Wireless network access will be available in the meeting rooms.

DINNER

There will be a conference dinner Tuesday night. You will be required to pay around 6,000 JPY (TBC) in cash at the secretary desk located besides Seminar hall of Building No.4 in Monday morning (9am-10am).
